15 minutes until drinking commences...
I'm going out for my friends birthday tonight... which is why I have been trying to hid my fishnet legs from my boss all day under my desk...
Somehow though - whenever I try to dress half for work and half for going out afterwards I fail totally on both and end up either looking like a slutty secretary or dull grey party girl (I'm hoping the former - but fear the worst!)...
I forgot my friends pressie this morning (and its a very good one - but shhh secret shhh) in my flurry of lateness - so its sitting all wrapped and exciting on my sofa and I will be in the city without it (I bet she secretly thinks I didn't remember and am making an excuse)...
Weirdly enough - I am meeting my months-old former office crush from my last job for a drink with a mutual friend before heading to the party... so Minks - let me know if you fancy a soothing cranberry juice and a gossip after work because I will be right outside your door...!
