Lost - One flatmate
Gained - 2 scarves, one pair shoes, misc. clothing and some coat hangers.
My flatmate moved out over the weekend.
When I checked her room this morning I found that she had left a splendid hoard of brand new, cutting edge stuff for me to dress up in (she was a buyer for a major fashion label).
I'm not saying I feel great, but *admires funky turquoise scarf*, it's helping to ease the pain.....
Brush *smiles*!!

(3.3.04 10:40) Superb, Daisy! I'd say you scored. |
(3.3.04 10:47) Yeah, it must be so hard for you to take the loss of a room mate, I'm sure the clothes can't even begin to compensate. ;-) |
(3.3.04 10:52) Funky? Turquiose? Oxymoron? |
(3.3.04 10:52) God I love that word!! |
Daisy (3.3.04 11:08) Ref - are you doubting my style? *brush*... WAIT are you suggesting there was a reason she left this behind? |
(3.3.04 11:17) you never did say why it was brush yesterday.... martian xxx |
(3.3.04 11:23) I am definately in no position to question anybody's style!! |
Daisy (3.3.04 11:43) Martain sweetie, I don't know but I assume that its because of the way your mouth moves to form the word. With 'brush' you start small and pursed and then widen it outwards - like a smile. Bet you are all trying it now... |
(3.3.04 11:46) hehe, actually i am! sorry for the repeated asking! looks like you got a good deal with the left behind clothes thoguh! martian xxx |
(3.3.04 12:24) I'm a little late to comment on this but I've always found that the word 'moist' makes you smile just as well. Try that. How about 'moist brush'....now that's just plain rude. |
Daisy (3.3.04 12:41) Ha ha! That works really well! |
(3.3.04 12:45) rude, but it produces a good smile... do you think I will get slapped if I go and say 'moist brush' to the nice looking girl on teh computer over there, just to improve my smile? |
