The fire escapes should be clearly marked from your floor/office. Follow the signs when you leave work. Just retrace the route the other way when you get into work tomorrow. Voila! Free excercise

Hmmm, detox. What's that all about. As top doctor was once quoted (and I paraphrase), 'I don't understand detoxing. What are we detoxing? If we all had loads of toxins in our body then we'd always feel ill, which we don't. Get some more sleep'.
Go on. Have a G and T.

I'm looking but not seeing Cha0tic... then again this is the company whose alarm system broke and so they replaced it with manuel fog horn type things...

Selfish - I think its just a posh way of dieting... I feel like I've got a hangover with none of the fun first...

I had a massive plate of tortellini with mange tout and grated cheddar. Yum, and not at all detoxifying. In my defense, there's not an awful lot you can cook with one pan and no other utensils.

The headache's probably caffeine withdrawal, sweetie. You should cut that down slowly to avoid the headaches. And I saw that article that selfish is talking about (or maybe it was on the tv ..... can't quite recall) and that doctor has to be right, don't you think? Cutting down on fats etc is a fine way to lose weight, but to say that you're removing toxins just seems silly ..... blummin' faddy words....

Well... I feel much better after my latte... perhaps I'll cut down slowly like you say...
I didn't really think I was removing toxins... more just being a bit pure for a while because I felt bloated... Purity was never going to sit well with me though after all these years. Might go for a cigarette....

Phew - that's a relief!
