Having more fun...
Now listen. Carefully.
My hair is currently thus:

But I'm thinking of going thus...

Yes. No. Maybe?

(3.2.05 17:55) I think you'd look right classy, Daise .... |
(3.2.05 17:56) Curls are supposed to be 'in' this season...does this mean you are thinking of a perm? |
(3.2.05 17:58) Thanks Pog Its more the red thing than the curls... curls can be washed out if they go wrong... |
(3.2.05 18:00) It was the red I meant .... |
(3.2.05 18:01) I guessed - I was talking to Evie. Oh dear, how confusing... |
(3.2.05 18:02) Blonde to red was one of the best moves I ever made. Word of warning though - do not even THINK about attempting to do it yourself. Cough up the cash for a professional job. I tried to go red when I was a teenager and ended up with a nice pale pink streak right at the front. Mmmm... |
(3.2.05 18:05) Completely agree. I dye my own blonde, but I willing to let Charles Worthington in Broadgate sort out the transformation... |
(3.2.05 18:09) Oh my gosh, the 'red' thing, it's a lovely colour but it depends on your colouring. Also if you've been blonde forever it could be a shock! |
(3.2.05 18:10) You'll probably feel quite dark for a while, but I kind of liked that sense of joining the dark side... |
(3.2.05 18:12) Oooh, yes. Give it a whirl, it would look lovely against all the rich colours and fabrics around at the mo. I recently went from far-too-highlighted to dark chocolate brown and love it. A change is as good as a rest (is that actually a saying or have I just made it up???) |
(3.2.05 18:13) Definitely try it. Red is good (well, I would say that). |
(3.2.05 18:16) Beso - you are quoting Mary Poppins... Evie... naturally I am mousey dark, so i think that I can take it... Am excited - want to do it now now now!! Must wait sensibly until I am in London and not run to Boots on a whim. |
(3.2.05 18:17) Good for you hon, you're bound to look gorgeous! You must let us know 'D' day and post some pics! xx |
(3.2.05 18:25) No no no. No pictures of me in the world wide web. Nah dah. Just assume that I look like Britney at the moment, and will soon become Debra. |
(3.2.05 18:37) By all means give red a try. Consider a tempo red wash-away if you have any doubts. But I think you'll look mahvelous, dahling, just mahvelous. |
(3.2.05 18:48) go for it. i've just switched from blonde and straightening irons! |
(3.2.05 18:55) **see apology elsewhere** |
(4.2.05 04:12) A little busy but not too precocious... did I spell that right? Strip Club Exposed |
(4.2.05 11:40) Go for it.. |
(4.2.05 12:10) I think you will look great, and so much easier to manage x |
(4.2.05 12:23) I've gone red too and am loving it again - although I now have a mousey brown stripe running down my parting... |
(6.2.05 16:38) Ive bin thinking of going redish too, but having been strawberry blond wen i was younger and being blullied for many years for it, and being so relieved that by the time i got to high school it had got darker an more brown im too scared to do it!lol. I reckon you should go for it tho. |
(8.2.05 01:00) dont go red if you are pale. but maybe curly. yes, curly. |
(8.2.05 16:38) hmm, red is risky, if you pay someone it should be ok tho |
