Yo-Yo....
It is cheaper and easier to alter me to fit my bridesmaid dress than to
alter my dress to fit me... and so I have to make sure that I am
exactly the same size this summer as I was last summer when we bought
it....
So, two days ago I started eating vegetables, and organic meat, fruit
juice and no additive things (because basically I can't be bothered to
go on an unhealthy diet type thing - and I need too much energy, and I
like bread... and choclate (organic) and wine (good for the heart)).
Three days later and I have dropped a jeans size... In fact I think in
just one week I will be ready for my tiara...
Try it - it's easy as hell! AND my eyes are brighter too!

(4.4.05 12:08) You can have brighter eyes?? I've only ever seen that in sci-fi when the badguy's glow... |
(4.4.05 12:13) well done :-) been trying for the last 2 months 2 drop a size... not working! |
(4.4.05 12:38) It's all about cutting out the rubbish that makes you bloated... most of my weight gain is just because I eat too many wotsits and diet coke and chicken nuggets and crap like that... It's just a detox really... Well, a detox peppered with cigarettes, wine and coffee... |
(4.4.05 12:54) he he, I love wotsits...good for you tho hon x |
(4.4.05 13:14) Ooooohhh..if you eat at McDOnalds then a detox diet is a thing to do Good job..now try to keep that weight for next month or so to make it permanent..bah..I always fail at this point:P Good luck!

(4.4.05 14:48) It's alright if you can cut that crap out, but if you don't eat any of that anyway, it's bloody hard to cut anything more out of your diet! Sorry, just feeling a bit sorry for myself, as I find it really tought to lose weight, even when I'm being really strict, and going to the gym for 3/4 times weekly hour long sessions. You're very lucky, but I am pleased for you. Can you see in the dark yet? |
(4.4.05 14:55) I am quite lucky. My mum bought me up on such a strict and healthy diet. I was allowed one egg cup of sweets on a Sunday and that was it in terms of any treats apart from fruit. I hated her at the time but it now I am so grateful. I really believe that if you eat well for the first 18 years of your life then you can stay thin and healthy even through total abuse in later life! Also not sitting at a desk all day has made a big difference. One of the best things I ever did was give up cheese about 5 years ago - even though I love it, my body hates it. Cheese is evil. |
(4.4.05 16:26) herbal and organic is the way to go, cheers Daisy! <3Alex |
(4.4.05 17:25) God, you must have the will power of a saint to give up cheese...it is my biggest weakness. |
(5.4.05 00:16) Brighter eyes? That would be the light of madness that dares not speak its name. Until coffee break on Thursday when the whole place is in chaos and it looks like Friday is about as attainable as a signed photo of Pog snogging Beso.... and someone has chocolate cake. Lots of it. And bacon sandwiches... and your jeans keep falling down. |
(5.4.05 10:28) Who showed you that photo? Who? |
(5.4.05 21:18) Ah-ha! So it is you!! |
(6.4.05 10:03) Rats. Durn. He got me. |

Good job..now try to keep that weight for next month or so to make it permanent..bah..I always fail at this point:P Good luck!
