One of my favourite things in the world is...

on

Does that make me weird?
(25.8.05 11:50) Nope. And with melted cheese its even better... |

(25.8.05 12:23) Its lovely... Better than butter. |
(25.8.05 12:24) Mmmmm - yes the red pepper one is yummy. I am having mine with homemade organic carrot soup. |
(25.8.05 13:29) I have never had pesto, suddenly I see I have been missing out... |
(25.8.05 13:32) Pesto rocks... everything about it is excellent. |
(25.8.05 13:55) Everyone who has it seems to like it, so I will add it to this weeks shopping list. What else can you do with it? |
(25.8.05 14:04) Mainly you put it on hot cooked pasta, (just a coating of it) and then add black pepper and maybe some cheese. I would also suggest that chicken is nice with that. You can also cook it up with tomatoes and make a nice topping for toast. You can do anything with it really. |
(25.8.05 14:16) You can't make pillow covers with it tho' The Sacla ones are good, cos they're dead greasy and stop the pasta sticking together. Don't use too much tho' i've heard they put crack in it... |
(25.8.05 14:17) oooh, sounds all very good, anything you can have with pasta is handy as well for being so quick to make... |
(25.8.05 14:37) Pesto is Evil. |
(25.8.05 14:41) Don't be silly... Ha ha. |
(25.8.05 22:07) M&S do a really good one. *coughs* Of couse so I'm told. Pesto? Me? An Irish guy. Can't even spell it... |
(27.8.05 21:48) Tescos fresh green pesto is the most life affirming wonderfullness in a plastic container [found in the fridge], that ocne you've tried it you'll NEVER go back to glass containers of the preserved stuff. |
