i know exactually how you feel i have the same problem i hav tried a few different things and i seem to get the same result although i havet had migrains . fortunately for me iv had the injection and trid 2 different pills, last time i put on 17 kilos until i decided i just couldnt handle looking in the mirror any more this time i have put on ten and after 6 months of struggling and trying to convince myself i can do it and its all in my mind im off it again . the thing that maks it worse is when ypur friends dont have the same problem so they dont understand my boy tries really hard but i would prefer him to wear a rain coat than not feel comfortable when it comes to me being naked in frount of him
